Glycolic Acid

Glycolic Acid is a naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that works wonders for your skin. With a concentration of 70% (30% water), and a CG grade, this acid can reduce the appearance of fine lines, irregular pigmentation, age spots, and decreases enlarged pores. Its exfoliating properties are highly sought after and can be found in various products such as alpha-hydroxy acid peel, creams, lotions, masks, and cleansers. For a more gentle acid-based peel, use a lower concentration in your creams or lotions. However, it's important to note that for home use, AHA peels can be made up to 20%. To ensure you get the ideal pH range (3.5-5.0), the final product should be tested.
